Welcome to Naked Sink. These terms set out the rules for using our website and buying from us. We've kept them as plain as possible — no legalese for the sake of it. By placing an order or using the site, you're agreeing to these terms. If anything's unclear, get in touch before you buy.

Our Products
We sell hand soap and ceramic-bodied pump bottles — sold together as a set or as standalone refillable bottles. We do our best to make sure product descriptions, ingredients, and images are accurate, but slight variations in colour, scent, glaze finish, or appearance can happen — especially with naturally-derived soap ingredients and handmade ceramic elements.
Allergen and ingredient information for our soaps is listed in each product description and on the bottle itself. It's your responsibility to check this before use, especially if you have known sensitivities. If you're unsure, patch test before full use.
Our ceramic bottles are designed to be refillable and built to last — but they're still ceramic, so handle with care.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP. Naked Sink is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on top of the listed price.
We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a pricing error slips through, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full before dispatch. We'll let you know if this happens and give you the option to re-order at the correct price.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept that offer once we send you a dispatch confirmation — that's when the contract between us begins.
Standard orders are limited to a maximum of 10 units per product. For larger quantities, please use our bulk order page.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or breach of these terms. If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.
Promotions & Discounts
From time to time we run promo codes, launch offers, and re-engagement campaigns. Unless stated otherwise:
- Promo codes are limited to one use per customer
- Promo codes can't be combined with other offers
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time
- Promo codes have no cash value
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe.
Payment is taken at the point of order. If payment fails, your order won't be processed.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the UK only. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and FedEx.
Delivery options
- Standard delivery (3–5 working days): £3.00
- Express / next-day delivery: £9.99
- Free standard delivery on orders over £49.99
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order leaves us, it's in the hands of the courier — we'll do everything we can to help if there are delays, but we can't control their networks.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at [email protected] within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the courier and, once confirmed, replace or refund the affected items.
Returns & Refunds
Change of mind (14-day right to cancel)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the items. Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original, sealed packaging where applicable
- In a re-saleable condition
Important distinction between our products
- Soap (including soap supplied with a ceramic bottle) — Once opened, soap is excluded from the 14-day right to cancel for health and hygiene reasons. This is a standard exception under UK consumer law and doesn't affect your rights if the product is faulty.
- Empty ceramic bottles sold on their own — Can be returned within 14 days under the standard right to cancel, provided they're unused and in resaleable condition.
If you're returning because you've changed your mind, you cover the return postage.
Faulty, damaged, or wrong items
If we've sent the wrong product, or the item is faulty or damaged, we'll cover the return postage and either replace it or refund you in full — your choice. Given the ceramic nature of our bottles, please report any damage visible on arrival within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Refunds
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically take 5–10 working days to appear in your account once we've received and inspected the return.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement under that law — regardless of what we say here.

Joining the Naked Sink Members Club is free. Members get early access to new products, ingredient stories, behind-the-scenes content, and exclusive promotions.
By signing up, you're consenting to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
We reserve the right to remove members from the club for any reason, including abuse of promo codes, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms.
Use of the Website
You can use the Naked Sink website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law
- Attempt to access areas of the site you're not authorised to access
- Introduce viruses, malware, or anything else harmful
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content without our permission
- Use the site to send spam or unsolicited marketing
We can suspend or restrict your access if you breach these rules.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Naked Sink website — including text, images, logos, product names, and brand identity — belongs to Naked Sink Ltd or our licensors. You can't copy, reproduce, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
Our Liability
We take our products and service seriously, but we have to be realistic about what we're responsible for. We're liable to you for any losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaking these terms or being negligent, up to the value of the order in question.
We're not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit, business, or opportunity
- Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (couriers, supplier issues, IT outages, etc.)
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under UK law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

We aim to respond to all customer service queries within 2 working days. For the fastest response, email [email protected] with your order number (if relevant) and a clear description of the issue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will tell you when. Any changes apply to orders placed after the update — your existing orders are governed by the terms in place when you ordered.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
If you're not happy with how we've resolved a complaint, you can also use the UK government's Online Dispute Resolution platform, though we'd much rather sort things out directly with you first.
