Due to hygiene standards, used products cannot be returned.

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if in original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund.

 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
